Guests relations and experience, assists in the organization of receptions and banquets in collaboration with the Laboratory team.   • Provide the highest quality service to guests at all times, maintain integrity of service
  • Handle all guest complaints, addressing each individually, personally and in a timely manner
  • Ensure restaurant is clean and in compliance with all local and food safety guidelines
  • Takes leave of its customers by ensuring that the service went well and finally presents a new table for further service Manage all HR process in line with employee life cycle
  • Ensures quality service running quickly and with skill repetitive movements of the service, in accordance with the rules but also, and above all, ensuring a quality relationship with the customer by being friendly and attentive to his demands
