MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and processes such as strategic sourcing diversity initiatives
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- MSOffice or similar software skills
- Strong consultation, collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Screening and Interviewing candidates who are applying for a job
- Ability to handle a high volume of open positions
- Ability to develop and manage professional relationships
- Ability to influence leadership and execute projects in a large organization
REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES
- A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
- Prior experience (7+ years) as a Talent Acquisition Manager in Fashion / Retail / Luxury industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor act in Korea
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as Linkedin
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of various interviewing methods
