MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and processes such as strategic sourcing diversity initiatives
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • MSOffice or similar software skills
  • Strong consultation, collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Screening and Interviewing candidates who are applying for a job
  • Ability to handle a high volume of open positions
  • Ability to develop and manage professional relationships
  • Ability to influence leadership and execute projects in a large organization

 

REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES
  • A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
  • Prior experience (7+ years) as a Talent Acquisition Manager in Fashion / Retail / Luxury industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor act in Korea
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as Linkedin
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of various interviewing methods
