  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain store’s visual appearance in high standards based on internal Guideline
  • Follow and achieve stores’ sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Remain and improve the knowledgeable on products and available options to become a training manager
  • Process POS (Point of sales) purchases
  • Handle returns of merchandise
  • Team up with store manager and co-workers to improve team-work

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a retail sales executive, sales representative or similar role
  • Basically understand the sales principles and customer service practices
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Hands-on experience with POS transactions and MS office
  • Prefer to read, write and speak English
  • Prefer to familiar with sales to installation procedures
