Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain store’s visual appearance in high standards based on internal Guideline
- Follow and achieve stores’ sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Remain and improve the knowledgeable on products and available options to become a training manager
- Process POS (Point of sales) purchases
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Team up with store manager and co-workers to improve team-work
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a retail sales executive, sales representative or similar role
- Basically understand the sales principles and customer service practices
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions and MS office
- Prefer to read, write and speak English
- Prefer to familiar with sales to installation procedures
