Be the representative of products for all our customers. Delivers high quality sales and post-sale services and develops strong client relationships. Responsible for passing on the culture and helping to promote the different company universes.

Major responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all sales activities in store within company standards of image and services.
  • Join in the daily store operations
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image
  • Maintain current and potential customers to establish client relationship
  • Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
  • To handle client enquiries and concerns
  • Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs
  • Keeps records and reports on sales activities
  • Understand company procedures and systems and ensure accuracy in all transactions
  • Ensure the floor is kept in good order (cleanliness, supplies, inventory)
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of products: their features and benefits
  • Share your expertise and tips among teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Capabilities

  1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
  2. Passion in fashion with good selling skills
  3. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation, passion, motivation for selling and a strong aesthetic sense
  4. A team player attitude to reach a common goal & go the extra mile
  5. Fluent in Korean and Chinese. Any other language is a plus
