MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contribute research, analysis, and ideas to the development of the company HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
  • Lead overall organization development and talent development goals by ensuring an integrated, cross functional approach is considered when appropriate
  • Develop an approach to talent management and succession planning and coordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation
  • Work with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Personal Development Plans for their staff
  • Develop and recommend appropriate development and coaching solutions for talents & successors
  • Identify and grow future leaders to secure the organizational talent pool
  • Analyze and identify learning & business needs in accordance with the organization’s strategic and operational plan
  • Build a learning & development roadmap and effectively communicate a learning strategy for the organization and provide an annual learning & development plan
  • Manage corporate induction program and Design a performance improvement program for low performers to maximize the organizational competencies
