MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-user support
- Installation and configuration of hardware, applications and network
- Store open / refurbishment / close support
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Backup of business data
- Active directory management
- IT asset management
- IPPBX management
- Participating IT projects
REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES
- More than 1year working experience in IT(Max. 4years)
- Retail industry experience will be an advantage
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
- Knowledge on computer hardware, system, network and software application
- Knowledge on active directory such as user accounts, GPO and share folder
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Knowledge on retail system and iOS devices will be an advantage
- Business level of English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
