MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-user support
  • Installation and configuration of hardware, applications and network
  • Store open / refurbishment / close support
  • Network monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Backup of business data
  • Active directory management
  • IT asset management
  • IPPBX management
  • Participating IT projects

REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES

  • More than 1year working experience in IT(Max. 4years)
  • Retail industry experience will be an advantage
  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
  • Knowledge on computer hardware, system, network and software application
  • Knowledge on active directory such as user accounts, GPO and share folder
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Knowledge on retail system and iOS devices will be an advantage
  • Business level of English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
