Detailed work

1. Responsibility for the warm welcoming & Tour

  •  Give a bright and warm bow to customers who visit to provide services better than what customers expect and identify the purpose of their visit to put them through to responding employees and provide an HOD tour. Also, provide appropriate F&B and individual customized service.

2. Provision of Service for the Maintenance and Increase of VIP

  •      Create and maintain faithful customers based on company visions and provide the services that can develop our brand as an elegant service hub.
  •      Continuously enhance and examine the special, high-quality, and outstanding individually customized service and VIP room operation which are provided to customers.
  •      Operate brand events and programs smoothly to contribute to the hitting or excess of overall company’s sales target by giving advices to branch managers and cooperating with category managers.
  •      Excavate new customers with in-house team and derive the interest and participation of customers by developing new monthly events or programs in stores.
  •      Encourage customers to visit store by strengthening the relationship with affiliated hotels, travel agencies and other important business partners.
  •      Execute the new customer developments plan or activities which can satisfy the needs and interests of various types of customers.

3. Finding Customer Development Methods of Sales Team

  •      Help sales employees to continuously grasp customers’ purchase preference, anniversary days, participation activities, and individual information by establishing new systems.
  •      Help to plan of annual events for sales team to frequently contact with elite customers and VVIP customers.
  •      Build up customer relations, continuously improve customer relations, and provide excellent services.


  • Career of over 2-year luxury brand retail
  • Computer literacy, High MS Office using ability
  • Good English and Chinese skills
  • Prudent, positive, energetic and sociable person
  • Person who has lots of interest in fashion to show the delicateness and elegance of luxury brand
  • Service expert who prioritizes the experience with customers and makes effort to provide better service than what customers need
