We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute the digital marketing campaigns and lead new digital initiative/project for brand innovation. You should have strong strategic & analytic skill with up-to-date digital knowledge. Digital marketing managers will work with the Retail Marketing Team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Digitalization

  • Develop yearly & monthly digital marketing strategy plan
  • Manage company digital platform including the company sites, e-catalogue & Kakao
  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns and assesses against goals/KPIs
  • Optimize the leads of website by analyzing digital customer journey via google analytics
  • Lead new digital projects to drive innovative branding and also brand differentiation
  • Create unconventional O2O promotion to drive the Showroom(S/R) or website traffic
  • Closely work with IT department & Mercedes-Benz Korea(MBK) Digital House team to involve all digital related initiatives
  • MBK Digital Transformation & MB platform (SalesTouch, SalesForce, VBS, & Oneweb etc) management (if necessary, involve with CRM team) and share the updates internally
  • Develop Digital / CRM (e.g. Kakao) project and work with CRM team with result analysis

eSports Co-Marketing

  • Develop annual co-marketing planning and execution with eSports sponsor team
  • Monitor & Share the competitor activities & eSports LoL marketing trend
  • Communicate closely with eSports sponsor team for monthly plan
  • Lead the bi-weekly meeting for advanced planning
  • Maximize the brand exposure by tightly working with PR/Communication team

On/offline media management

  • Plan annual, monthly advertising plan in line with new product launching schedule
  • Optimize digital ad. assets with A/B test to increase new leads via homepage
  • Management the monthly meeting and close communication with agencies
  • Adapt & Optimize the advertising asset & copy base on focus model & promotion

Build co-marketing with other industry for on/offline marketing campaign

REQUIREMENTS
  • 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing or related fields
  • Proven working experience in the owned media & paid media
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms & Kakao
  • Excellent in Excel, Power-point and preferred in Adobe system
  • Experience in similar industry is preferred (Luxury retail market)
  • Solid knowledge on website analytics tools (Google analytics)
  • Good in problem solving skills
  • Must be able to juggle multi-tasks at the same time and work under pressure
  • Good at written and verbal English / Korean
