The Boutique Director will play a key role as a strategic leader who has strong leadership on the Management Team in a boutique and can make an instant and sustainable impact to the business.

The one will have whole store ownership and responsibility on sales growth by a. developing business palette and client portfolio, b. ensuring and personifying compliance with brand values and c. encourage outstanding service to customer in line with Company standards.

Customer relation and services

  • Represent the brand image
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador and host the clientele as in your own house within the boutique
  • Increase customer-flow through network and driving brand loyalty of client within the community
  • Develop and maintain clientele with a high potential and profile for sales
  • Make sure up-to-date DB of clients and leverage it in optimizing client loyalty
  • Ensure store as the best place to shop with well-refined brand image
  • Responsible for hosting of ‘Elite’ customers with high level of service
  • Drive healthy sales-grow across all categories through dynamic events
  • Ensure that all visual directives are executed seamlessly

Boutique performance

  • Drive for performance with increasing of business growth
  • Establish and lead the execution of business strategies with department managers to drive boutique KPI that maximize performance and achievement of sales plan and goals.
  • Make sure to place store on the top tier position among competitors in the market
  • Have open communication with team and take corrective actions based on valuable feedback
  • Hold oneself accountable for being responsive to trend that optimize stocks and manage sell-through in store

Team Management

  • Motivate team through clear direction and bringing prestige and vision to encompass brand’s Core Competencies
  • Develop management team with sales and people management skill against their own team in the boutique and train them with performance management skill
  • Recruit, develop and retain top management talent for each category through proactive communication, regular basis coaching and leading collaboration of different categories
  • Responsible for dignified team in terms of service skillset, level of product acknowledgement and grooming
  • Lead team with suitable order of priority
  • Actively link with the head office for communication of clear expectations and playing an active role in getting proper supports where required to drive results

Operation Management

  • Monitor business transactions in accordance with retail & CDM (Client Development Management) KPI and guide team with clear direction
  • Responsible for Internal Audit
  • Take responsibility on inventory losses and take follow-up actions if it happened
  • Make sure up-to-date DB of clients and leverage it in optimizing client loyalty
  • Hold Department Managers accountable for execution of all operational responsibilities and teach a high standard for compliance
  • Work experience in various commercial positions with a high retail store-experiences not limited to luxury industry to integrate various businesses
  • Successful track record of sustained sales performance and growth in store
  • Capable with setting up 3YP marketing strategy to drive business growth and client recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build up and maintain essential relationship with clients
  • Good at multi-tasking in a refined manner
  • Strong sense of new paradigm of retail and customer experience
